Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

User is getting error while trying to save contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Corporate Customer in STDCIF.
2. Book a Guarantee for this corporate customer in LCDTRONL. DO NOT attach any facility to the contract.
3. Create a facility in GEDFACLT for same amount of Guarantee.
4. Amend the guarantee booked in #2, and attach the facility created in step #3. Save and authorize.
5. Amend the guarantee by going to charges tab and waive some charges associated. Save and authorize.
6. Amend the guarantee and remove the facility attached in Step #4. Save and authorize.
7. Amend the guarantee and reattach the facility that is detached. Save. System will throw you the error “ST-UPLD-001-- Failed to Save the Record for”
