Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bill having forward linkage is reversed and user is trying to link the same forward contract to another bill contract, during linkage system is showing zero balance as available amount because of which forward can't be linked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bill having forward linkage is reversed and when user tries to link the same forward contract to another bill contract, during linkage system should show the re-initiated balance as available amount and it should allow to link

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a bill contract having forward contract linkage.
2. Reverse the bill contract along with forward contract.
3. Bill should be reversed, but forward contract available amount should not be re-initiated.
4. Try to link the same forward contract to another bill.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot utilize the active forward contract to any other bill.
