Symptoms

Whenever a transaction is performed for an amount greater than the available balance, the transaction fails with error message 'System cannot process the request. Please try again later', instead of 'Source account has insufficient balance'

'System cannot process the request. Please try again later'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBdx Application--> Go to Bill payment screen.
2. Perform a transaction of amount greater than the available amount in account.
3. Transaction will fail.
4. On screen the error comes as 'System cannot process the request. Please try again later'.
