Arabic characters are replaced with ?(question mark) symbol in the downloaded PDF file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Arabic characters should be displayed as such in the downloaded PDF file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into FCDB application.
2. Go to transaction like - Account Activity and download PDF statement.
3. Check for the arabic characters.

Changes

When java version is upgraded / downgraded.
