On : 11.6 version, Production Support-SET

Bill Module - System is not retaining the value inputted in Settlement screen

In some of case system is not retaining the value inputted in Settlement screen of the contract after save system is triggering default account.
Contract was booked in BCDCONON but liquidation was attempted in BCDTRONL.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a BC contract
2. Amend the contract and update the settlement details
3.Save the contract
