Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is getting locked automatically.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User must not get locked automatically.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User only uses one channel to login to bank.
2. user will get locked in few days.
