Correspondence Generate button not working in Customer Service Screen
Correspondence Generate button not working in Customer Service Screen and all Collection related screens
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The process should generate correspondence.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to servicing screen
2. Click on customer service Tab, then clock on Correspondence Tab
3. Enter Correspondence record and save it.
4. Then click on generate button
5. Verify system should have generated the document
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate correspondence.
