On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For new accounts IC accruals are not triggering.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

IC accruals should be triggered for the account when checked post EOD.

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to STDFTACC and create a new account with account class: XXXX and account currency: XXX.
2. Post a credit transaction to the account.
3. Create a facility through STDCRFAC screen for the customer.
4. Attach the facility to the account in STDFTACC screen.
5. Perform debit transaction for the account.
6. Post EOD check the IC accruals for the account.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, interest calculations on newly created accounts are not taking place and income is affected.
