Issue With SISXCYCL (Doc ID 2640001.1)

Symptoms

Upon searching for a specific SI in screen SISXCYCL and double clicking any of the records to bring the detailed screen, system is not always displaying the Cycle Details properly.

- If while clicking on SISXCYCL the mouse is on the Instruction Number or Contract Reference then the Detailed screen is displayed properly - 1 of 2.
- If while clicking the mouse when it is somewhere in the middle between any of the values, then the Detailed screen is not shown properly - it is blank and showing 0 of 2.
