User defined event authorization button not enabled. (Doc ID 2640465.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to do the authorize the user defined event.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Authorization button not enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to take a fund transfer contract for which user defined event to be triggered
2. Triggered user defined event transaction
3. Ensure log and summary table is not updated correctly.
4. Try to authorize the user defined even records.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1. User will not be able to authorize the user defined event and differences can't be adjusted.
