Reset Button Not Resetting Fromdate & Todate Values on View Account Statement Screen (Doc ID 2640539.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reset functionality not resetting From and To Date values on View Account Statement screen

It is displaying old values after click on Reset button.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Reset button should reset all the fields values to default/blank

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Retail User
2. Accounts menu > Current and savings > View Statement
3. Under View Options > Select Date Range and provide date range
4. Click on RESET button , it will come to default View Options page.
5. Again Select Date Range and it will show previous selected old values for date range
