On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Principal Increase through amendment account end up with inconsistent outstanding Balance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Principal balance should be consistent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a VAMI to increase Principal amount for a CL account of the Product
2. Verify the Principal Balance in Asset GL and in schedules

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have actual Principal Balance.

Changes

User need to maintain the amount tag PRINCIPAL_INCR at the Product level
