Outbound Charge Claim - Expense Out (Doc ID 2641399.1)

When the user performs the action Expense Out in Outbound charge claim view screen (for a MT191 sent form OBP for an incoming payment with charge our), system updates Status to Claim Paid and Claim Payment Status to Liquidated. This is confusing for the user because in some cases the user has to initiate again a MT191 from SWIFT in case it is not paid.
