Value Date For NEFT Initiated From OBDX Is Not Based On Network Calendar (Doc ID 2641414.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Value date of NEFT initiated from OBDX is as per the business date of Core banking.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Value date should be based on Network Calendar (NEFT).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with User credentials.

2. Navigate to Toggle menu > Payments > Payments > Adhoc Payment OR Dashboard > Quick Links > Adhoc Payment >NEFT.

3. Ensure that Core Banking date is behind the Network Date. (Core banking cutoff has not run but Network date has changed).

4. Check the date of transaction posted from OBDx. NEFT Transaction from OBDx gets posted to Core Banking with value date as business date of Core Banking.
