Symptoms

While running OBDX Installer, it is getting stuck at Step Starting WEBLOGIC Setup and Configuration with  below error

Starting WEBLOGIC Setup and Configuration...
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/diagnostics/debug/DebugLogger
