Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

Transaction record for block or unblock is found in ConsolidatedTxnTbl and TransactionCertDetailTbl tables as Unauthorized state even after deleting the same from front end

Due to this issue, users cannot complete Pre-EOD since the deleted unauthorized unblock transaction cannot be found.
