Symptoms
On : 12.3.0.10.0 version, Product Environment
When attempting to liquidate an active FT contract,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

IS-VAL030 :: 77B Line 2 and Line 3 should start with //
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inject a MT103 message with field 77B.
2. Run STP job.
3. Check the contract status.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate the contracts booked thru STP.
