For a retail user, while applying for a new debit card, the account does not appear in the drop down for selection

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Retail User 
2. Navigate to Accounts ->Current And Savings Account ->Debit Card
3. Apply new debit card
