ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When admin user attempts to fetch session of Retail/Corporate user under - 'User Heldesk' transaction then blank page appears.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Session of the selected user should be loaded when admin user attempts to fetch details for Retail/Corporate user under - 'User Helpdesk' transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. login with admin user

2. Navigate to :

System/ Bank Administrator Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Others > User Helpdesk   OR

Bank Administrator Dashboard > Others > User Helpdesk

3. select usertype (retail/corporate) and input user name .

4. click on submit .

5. The user login in page comes with blank content
