Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Limit Utilization is not updated for Foreign exchange contracts which are already liquidated or cancelled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the limit utilization is updated as 0 during liquidation or cancellation of any linked contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an FX Contract for a customer attached to a line
2. Verify if line is utilized for the contract
3. Liquidate or Cancel the contract from FXCONONL Screen
4. Check if the utilization is updated as zero after successful liquidation / cancellation

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the correct utilization and available limit linked to reported FX contracts
