Not Able To View The Transaction Details Using The View Transaction Option For Bulk Single Payment Transaction (Doc ID 2643543.1)

Not able to View the transaction details using the View Transaction option for Bulk Single Payment Transaction
User is not able to View the transaction details by using the View Transaction option from the Payment queues when initiated from Bulk Single Payment
System is opening the screen “PQDCONDT” and not displaying the transaction.

User should be able to see the transaction details on PXDOVIEW screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an Urgent Payment Bulk Single Payment file in such a way that the transaction is routed to some of the exception queue (eg. Sanction Check Queue, Processing Cutoff Queue, ECA Queue etc.)
2. Complete the processing of the file.
3. Verify that the transaction is routed to the appropriate exception queue.
4. Search for the respective transaction on the exception queue and use the View Transaction option.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view transaction Details.
