Scheduler Not Updating The System Under Maintenance Parameter For Companies (Doc ID 2643635.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Company level parameter CMN_SYSTEM_UNDER_MAINTENANCE not getting updated once the BOD(Begin of Day) job status is complete. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should should set the parameter value CMN_SYSTEM_UNDER_MAINTENANCE to 'N'. This is to make sure, Financial transaction can be posted to the system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Batch job screen

2. Run SET-EOD batch job to process the records for end of day

3. Value for parameter CMN_SYSTEM_UNDER_MAINTENANCE, should set to 'Y'

4. Run the SET-BOD batch job

5. Verify the value for parameter CMN_SYSTEM_UNDER_MAINTENANCE, should set to 'N'

Due to this issue, users cannot post any monetary transactions even after completing BOD batch job.
