Date filter in Fund transfer history is not working correctly when only one date is selected among from and to date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Date filter in Fund transfer history is should work correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user.
2. Go to Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Payments > Inquiries > Funds Transfer History
3. Select only one filter among from or to date and search
