ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to create New Service Request with Same Request Name but different Product.
ERROR:
Service Request with the same name already exists in the system.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should allow to create Service Request with same request name for different product.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to Service request form builder
3. Create service request for product 1
4. Create another service request with same request name from above but with different product.
