Special characters are not allowed in Issue type and category type in service request form builder


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Special characters should be allowed in Issue type and category type in service request form builder

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with admin
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu > Others > Service Request - Form Builder
3. Create Service Request
