Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account Activity (period of 1st Jan 2020 to 1st Jan 2020) showing incorrect "Opening Balance"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account Activity (period of 1st Jan 2020 to 1st Jan 2020) must show "Opening Balance" as Closing Balance of period 1st Dec 2019 to 31st Dec 2019.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Go to Accounts >> Account Activity
3. Retrieve Account Activity for the period of 1st Dec 2019 to 31st Dec 2019
4. Retrieve Account Activity for the period of 1st Jan 2020 to 1st Jan 2020
5. Compare the "Closing Balance" of STEP-3 with "Opening Balance" of STEP-4
