prod_ref_no is not able to retrieve from PCSTRONL/PCDTRONL screen. (Doc ID 2645054.1)

PCSTRONL - system is generating contract_ref_no, ac_entry_ref_no (the same for all transactions in the file) and prod_ref_no (for each transaction in the file), prod_ref_no field was not available in PCDTRONL screen.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
When consolidated PAIN001 files uploaded the system is generating contract_ref_no, ac_entry_ref_no (the same for all transactions in the file) and prod_ref_no (for each transaction in the file). Having the prod_ref_no a user is not able to retrieve from PCSTRONL/PCDTRONL screen (even in the Advanced search) the respective contract.
