Activity Log Report Not Displayed for Transactions In 'Processed' Status (Doc ID 2646012.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access transaction reference number hyperlink on Activity Log widget screen the following error occurs.

Access Denied


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login with corporate maker
2. On dashboard screen go to Activity Log Widget
3. select "Non- Financial" from drop down and click on "Other" tab
4. Click on Transaction reference number > Access Denied
