Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Performance Issue is observed in Corporate Net Banking Application during peak load when total concurrent users reached 1100 and it was observed that the Thread Pool value reached to Max Value.
Corporate Net banking URL was inaccessible due to this.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Thread Pool value should be set to an optimum value so that performance issue is not observed in CNB Application.

STEPS
-----------------------
There are no specific issues as such. The Performance issue was observed during Peak Load and Thread status was checked at that time.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Corporate Net Banking URL due to the same being inaccessible.

Changes

No changes to Product or Application causes this issue. However it is observed as a result of high volume of concurrent users during peak Business hours.
