Symptoms

When attempting to login into OBDX Application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid Username / Password
Bad Request. The request could not be understood by server due to malformed syntax.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Application as a Retail user
2. After entering username and Password, sometimes Invalid Username / Password error occurs
3. Issue is due to caching of information.
4. Sometimes "Bad Request. The request could not be understood by server due to malformed syntax." is observed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, sometimes the users cannot login into the application.

Changes

If the UI has not been correctly build and the same was accessed from any browser, it will cache the same and throw error on successive logins.
