Correspondence Generate Button and View correspondence not working. Document Id was passed instead correspondence ID (Doc ID 2646949.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Customer Service --> Correspondences screen.

When user Click Generate button, Document elements are not created & user can't see the View Correspondence button.  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

System should generate correspondence and user should be able to view the correspondence generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to customer service --> correspondence
2. Add a a new correspondence in correspondence section and save it
3. In documents section click generate button
4. system should generate the record and mark generate indicator as 'Y'

5. View the correspondence using view correspondence button

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate any document.
