E-Receipt Content Displayed In English Even though Application Used In Arabic (Doc ID 2646981.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user downloads E-receipt while using OBDX application in Arabic, the content of the E-receipt displayed in English.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Receipt with transaction details should be  displayed in Arabic (Chosen Language).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Login in OBDX App with corporate user
2- Change the Language to Arabic.
3- In activity log widget, click on one processed transaction -> click on reference number.
4- Details will come for the chosen transaction with E-receipt icon, click on the icon.
5- File will be downloaded -> open the downloaded file.
