Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CASA Account shows negative balance due to Tanked amount not cleared in LCY_TANK_DR after EOD



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account should show the balance correctly. After the un-tanking, amount should be Zero

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a ATM Transaction to withdraw
2. Reverse the Withdrawal during EOD
3. Verify the Account balance after EOD

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accounts is showing wrong balance
