Internal SDMC File Upload Fails at Verified Stage If Branch Maintenance isn't Available (Doc ID 2647870.1)

When attempting to upload an Internal SDMC file,
the following error occurs for all/some records in SDMC file.

1. Credit account currency is invalid.
2. Invalid credit account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application.
2. Upload a valid file for Internal SDMC that contains credit accounts with different branches.
3. Check the 'Error Report' under 'Uploaded Files Inquiry'.
