User Is Not Logged Out Completely When Session Time Out Happens Due To Inactivity (Doc ID 2647972.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not logged out completely when session time out happens due to inactivity
When user's log in session is timed out due to inactivity, System is not logging out user properly (not cleared from current user/active user). Thus user is not able to log back in.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once the User session is timed out, user should be cleared from system's current/active user session/table so that user will be able to log in back with regular log in process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to Flexpay
2. Keep the session inactive for 5-7 mins (or the session timeout defined in system).
3. System will close the session.
4. Close the browser.
5. Try to log back in. User already logged in message will be displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in after being inactive for sometime.
