Incorrect Behavioral Difference For Device Details And Push Notification Button On Edit Screen. (Doc ID 2648387.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
While modifying the user, on clicking edit button, application shows the Device Registration toggle button and Push Notification button turned on although they are not actually registered.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While modifying the user, on clicking edit button, application shows the Device Registration toggle button and Push Notification button should not be turned on.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Search for any retail user and click on user name hyperlink to see the user details.
3. Observe the behavior of Device Registration toggle button and Push Notification button .
4. Now click on edit
5. Now Observe the behavior of Device Registration toggle button and Push Notification button .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see a behavioral difference in screens normally and on clicking edit button.
