Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
----------------------------
While creating multiple bill payment, user is not able to view all relationship details for selected biller.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
While creating multiple bill payment, user should able to view all relationship details for selected biller.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to OBDX with Retail user.

2. Go to Manage & Payee Billers.

3. Select Biller radio button.

4. Click on "Add Biller".

5. Select Category.

6. Select biller name.

7. Enter Relationship No. 1.

8. Enter Relationship No. 2.

9. Enter Relationship No. 3.

10. Click on "Add" Button.

11. Once Biller added successfully, go to Manage & Payee Billers and select Multiple Bill Payment.

12. Select Biller Name.

13. On First bill,Relationship drop down will be auto populate with relationship No. 1 details.

14. On second Bill, relationship drop down is not visible on selection of biller.

 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, user cannot view all relationship numbers maintain for biller.

Changes

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
