SYSTEM deletes the receivable liquidation done , if the liquidation is reversed and undone

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that SYSTEM should only undo the reversal done instead of deleting the complete receivable liquidation contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reverse a LIQUIDATION in LQDTRONL.
2. Delete the reversal.
3. Try to query the Liq ref no. in LQDTRONL.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view a receivable liquidation on LQDTRONL Screen if any reversal is performed and undone
