Corporate Approver Not Able To View And Authorize "Multiple Transfer" Transactions On "Pending For Approval" Tab (Doc ID 2648883.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Corporate approver is unable to view and authorize "Multiple Transfer" transactions.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Corporate approver should able to view and authorize "Multiple Transfer" transactions.


STEPS 
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX with corporate maker role.
2. Perform multiple transfer transactions from "Payment & Transfer->Multiple Transfer".
3. Login to OBDX with corporate Checker role.
4. Navigate to Pending for approval -> Payments
5. Multiple transfer transactions are not visible in "Approver" tab.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate approver is not able to view and authorize multiple transfer transactions.
