Symptoms
When attempting to save securities Repo contract through CreateSRDeal request
the following error occurs.

LD-ACR023 Unhandled Exception in Accrual Function
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send request for CreateSRDeal for a customer which is not attached with limit
2. Verify if the deal is saved successfully
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save Repo deals for customer not linked to Limits.
