ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In case of OAM Authentication, Force Password Change screen does not appear for the user who logs in for the first time.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Force Password Change screen should be loaded for the user who logs in for the first time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new user
2. Log in using the newly created user for the first time.
