CASA: CADCAMBL Consolidated Amount Block Input (Doc ID 2649663.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support,SET in UAT Environment

During creation amount block through CADCAMBL screen , the system is throwing error message: CA-AB001 CA-AB005

ERROR
-----------------------
Expiry Date cannot be in the Past-CA-AB001

Effective date cannot be in the past-CA-AB005


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Try to close the existing amount block for the account where in the expirydate and effective date is past the system date and try creating a new amount block for the same account and save the screen, the above listed error message is displayed

2) Try unlocking the amount block for the customer and than save the amount block without any change's done,the above listed error message is displayed

3)Try adding a new amount block to the existing account for the customer and try to save the screen,the above listed error message is displayed.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create amount block on customer account and the problem exists.
