Creating/Modifying Collateral unsing Web Service is updating BranchCode as NULL (Doc ID 2649744.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

In Create/Modify collateral request from Web-Service "Branch code" is getm_collat table is getting inserted/updated as NULL.

Web-services:

1) ELCollteralService->ModifyCollateral

2) ELCollteralService->CreateCollateral

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Branch code details has to be picked from request XML and updated in data store correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the external system extract create collateral request XML.
2. Pass the SOAP request and in case of success response check the "getm_collat.branch_code" column.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
If the branch code is null, the collateral code will not be available for pickup in any related screens.
