For Pay Later Option of Transfer Money, User can't Select Next Business Date in the Calendar (Doc ID 2649834.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user is trying to make a transfer and selecting ‘Pay Later’ option, the next day's date is not shown/is not available in the calendar for selection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When doing Pay Later transfer, the next day's date should be available for selection as Transfer Date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail/ corporate user.
2. Click on Payment and Transfers.
3. Click on Transfer Money.
4. Select any type of transfer.
5. Select Pay Later option.
6. Try to select next day on the calendar as Transfer date.
