Symptoms
Value date changes to Next working date when checker user tries to approve the transaction.

The Transaction Ids that Value dates are going to change
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as maker user
2. Initiate any payment transfer as Pay now.
3. Log in as checker user
4. Go to Pending for approvals tab
5. Select the initiated transaction.
6. Click on approve.
