Incorrect CYPO Accounting Entries Posted for ALIQ & STCH (Doc ID 2650169.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System has posted single leg CYPO entries.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Single leg entries should not be posted by System.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform an ALIQ/STCH so that system will post entries in FCY currency.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, System has posted a single legged Position entries.

Changes

 Code modified to Filter entries based on DR/CR leg as well before posting Position entries
