Pending for approval widget loaded slowly


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pending for approval widget should get loaded quickly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Corporate Maker User
2. Initiate a transfer
3. Log in as Corporate Checker User to approve the transaction
4. Pending for approval widget take 2 to 3 minutes to load a single transaction.
