ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ACC_ACTIVE_DT is cleared when the account is VOIDED

When a funded account is VOIDED, ACC_ACTIVE_DT field is nullified in OFSLL. Can you please clarify why is the ACC_ACTIVE_DT getting cleared on the VOID account - VOID status itself indicates that the account was ACTIVE once.

It was previously pointed to use ACC_EFFECTIVE_DT, but this field is equal to ACC_CONTRACT_DT, not ACC_ACTIVE_DT. Alternatively, you can let us know what other field we could use instead of ACC_ACTIVE_DT when the account gets VOIDED.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Active date on the account should remain same after the account is VOIDED.

STEPS
