Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payment left overnight in Sanction Check, Amount block created during end of day is not released post Sanction-PASS

When payment (debiting Customer Account) left overnight in Sanction Queue, Amount block created during EOD for this is not released when Sanction Pass/disposition response received next day.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should release the block and process the transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payment (debiting Customer Account) left overnight in Sanction Queue.
2. Amount block will be created during EOD for this Transaction
3. Check whether block is released during Sanction Pass on Next Day

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove the block created.
