ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retain in Queue status not showing in the ECA queue criteria
"Retain in Queue" status filter is missing in the ECA queue criteria.Where as it is available in the Sanction Queue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show "Retain in Queue" option in Sanction queue status field

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open PQSECAQU screen
2. Select Current status Field
3. Check whether Retain in Queue option is present or not

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot filter transaction on the basis of Retain in Queue status.
